1. Who we are
BloggerG is an automation layer that connects your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to a secure AI engine that helps you manage messages, content and insights.
In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to BloggerG, operated by Diaco Towhidian (“BloggerG”). “You” or “users” refers to individuals or businesses that use BloggerG or visit our website at diacotowhidian.com.tr.

- Support communications – messages you send to our support team, including attachments or screenshots you choose to share.
- Configuration data – settings you create inside BloggerG, such as connected Pages/accounts, automation rules and preferences.
2.2 Information we receive from Meta APIs
When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to BloggerG, we receive data via Meta’s official APIs using OAuth-based permissions you explicitly approve. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
- Basic Page and account information – such as Page name, profile picture and IDs needed to identify your assets.
- Messaging data – messages and metadata required to send, receive and manage customer conversations on your behalf.
- Content and post data – information about posts and media used for scheduling, publishing and analytics.
- Insights and analytics – aggregated performance metrics to show you dashboards and reports.
We do not receive information beyond what is permitted by Meta’s APIs and what you have authorized during the connection flow.
2.3 Automatically collected technical data
- Log information – such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps and request logs, used for security and diagnostics.
- Usage information – non-personal statistics about how features are used, to improve performance and reliability.
- Cookies and similar technologies – limited cookies may be used for session management, authentication and security.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing the service – to authenticate you, connect to Meta APIs, send and receive messages, schedule and publish content, and display analytics.
- Security and abuse prevention – to detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and violations of our terms or Meta’s policies.
- Reliability and performance – to monitor system health, troubleshoot issues and improve stability.
- Product improvement – to understand feature usage, optimize workflows and develop new capabilities.
- Communication with you – to send important service notices, respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- Legal and compliance – to comply with applicable laws, enforce our agreements and cooperate with legitimate law-enforcement requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your Meta content to build advertising profiles or train models for unrelated third-party services.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by data protection laws (such as the GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:
- Performance of a contract – when processing is necessary to provide BloggerG to you.
- Legitimate interests – for security, abuse detection, service improvement and internal analytics, balanced against your rights and expectations.
- Consent – when you explicitly grant permissions via Meta’s OAuth flows or when required for certain optional features.
- Legal obligations – when we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
5. How we share information
We share your information only in limited circumstances and with appropriate safeguards:
- With Meta platforms – as required to perform actions you request via Meta APIs (for example, sending messages or publishing posts).
- With service providers – trusted infrastructure and analytics providers that help us host, monitor and secure BloggerG. They act under written agreements and may only process data on our instructions.
- For legal reasons – when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, users or the public, or respond to valid legal requests.
- Business transfers – in the event of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, subject to safeguards and notice where required.
We do not sell, rent or lease your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Data retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide BloggerG, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Account data – kept while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period after closure for backup, audit and legal purposes.
- Meta content & messages – stored for as long as needed to deliver the automation features you have enabled, or until you delete them or disconnect your accounts.
- Logs and diagnostics – retained for limited periods to ensure security and troubleshoot issues.
When we no longer need data, we will securely delete, anonymize or aggregate it.
7. Security
Security is built into BloggerG’s architecture. While no system can be 100% secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including:
- Transport security – all communication with our servers and Meta APIs uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Access control – role-based access controls and strict authentication requirements for our internal tools.
- Token-based access – Meta access tokens are handled securely and are not shared outside the service components that require them.
- Network and infrastructure protections – hardened servers, firewalls and continuous monitoring.
- Logging & auditing – security-relevant events may be logged and periodically reviewed.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and our contractual obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as:
- Access – to request confirmation whether we process your data and to obtain a copy.
- Correction – to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion – to request deletion of certain data, subject to legal obligations and technical limitations.
- Restriction & objection – to request that we limit or stop certain processing activities.
- Portability – to request data in a portable format in cases prescribed by law.
You can also disconnect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account from BloggerG at any time using either our interface or Meta’s settings. After disconnection, BloggerG can no longer access new data from those assets via Meta’s APIs.
9. International data transfers
Our infrastructure or service providers may be located in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s privacy
BloggerG is intended for use by businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age where parental consent is required under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
