Request Data Deletion

1. Overview

Under Meta’s Platform Policies and international privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal and account-related data from integrated services. BloggerG fully supports this principle and provides a simple process for users to request complete data removal.

2. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your BloggerG data through one of the following options:

• Option 1: Send an email to [email protected] from the same email address linked to your BloggerG or Meta account.
• Option 2: Disconnect BloggerG from your Meta account directly from your Facebook App Settings or Instagram Access Settings. This will automatically revoke BloggerG’s access to your data.

In your deletion request, please include the following:

• Your full name or business name
• The email address associated with your BloggerG or Meta account
• Any specific Pages or assets connected to BloggerG (if applicable)

3. Verification process

For your security, we verify all data deletion requests to ensure that they are initiated by the rightful owner. You may be asked to confirm your identity via your registered email or Meta profile before deletion begins.

After verification, we will process your deletion request with in 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.

4. What data will be deleted

When your deletion request is approved, the following categories of data are permanently removed from BloggerG’s systems:

• Meta access tokens and authentication credentials
• Workspace and configuration data
• Stored message logs or automation events
• Media metadata and analytics records
• Cached user profile data (Page name, ID, etc.)

Certain non-identifiable technical logs may be retained temporarily (up to 14 days) for security, auditing, and fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are automatically purged.

5. Data retained for legal compliance

In some cases, BloggerG may be required to retain limited data to comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or dispute resolution processes. Such data is kept securely, with access strictly limited, and is deleted as soon as the legal basis for retention ends.

6. Confirmation of deletion

Once your request is complete, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your data has been successfully deleted from BloggerG’s systems. You may also verify this by checking your Meta account’s “Business Integrations” section to ensure BloggerG no longer appears there.
